Over 24 hours, teams of up to 6 will build a working technology product that answers a real challenge facing the Change Coalition during the election period.

The topic stays secret and is revealed only at kickoff.

Build a product

24 hours to build a working technology solution, from zero.

Pitch the judges

At the end, a panel of 5 judges picks the winning project.

Ground rules

Solution criteria

  • Must directly address the challenge defined at kickoff.
  • Must be a working product, ready to use by the end of the 24 hours.
  • Must be a purely technology-based solution.
  • Must be built from scratch during the event.
  • No ongoing staffing required to operate it.
  • No external service costs.
  • Ongoing technical operating cost of up to ₪1,000/month, including servers, APIs, and required tools.
  • Preference for solutions that are simple, autonomous, fast to deploy, and deliver immediate value.

Entrepreneurs, developers, product people, designers, data people, AI people, cyber people, and anyone who knows how to turn a real problem into a working product, fast.

The prize

5,000₪

The winning team takes home a ₪5,000 cash prize.

The winner is chosen by a panel of 5 judges based on solution quality, execution level, deployment potential, and value to the Change Coalition.

  • A large workspace in central Tel Aviv.
  • Fast internet.
  • Basic office equipment.
  • Food and light drinks throughout the event.
  • Product and tech experts circulating among teams to help as needed.
  • A comfortable environment for 24 hours of intensive building.
